Our most popular H.E.A.T. course is two days long and focuses on effective kidnap mitigation techniques and tactics. Other courses we offer our three, four and five days long during which delegates learn specialist skills such as evasive driving, self-defence, range work and social engineering skills.

Our courses are held at any location of your choosing. We use venues at several South African cities, but also train delegates in other African countries. Sometimes, training at your location is a more cost-effective option, depending on the number of delegates attending the course.

A high level of fitness is not a requirement to attend our H.E.A.T. courses. We have trained corporate executives from a range of industry and different job descriptions. However, being fit will increase your chance of survival in any hostile environment. We are often asked to share our proven fitness strategies to help delegates get fitter quicker after our H.E.A.T. courses.

We schedule for a minimum of 8 delegates per course and the numbers can be increased based on your requirements. We have a fully trained cadre of Instructors and delegates enjoy the highest ratio of Instructor to Delegate than many other similar courses.
